CTUA 2010 Fee Schedule
Per Official
Referee/Roving Official
Standard Fee Up to 8 hours minimum $95.00*
Over 8 hours (per hour) $16.00 (in 1/2 hour increments)
Short-Day (3:00 p.m. or later match start) $70.oo
6 hours minimum
Greater than 6 hours then Overtime
*To meet your schedule, at times CTUA may use more than one official to fill this 8 hour shift. This will not adversely affect your payment.
Other
Chair Umpire Each Match - $40.00. Prior scheduling required, not part of roving fee.
Parking - provided or reimbursed.
Non-advised cancellation prior to travel (Show-up fee) $50.00 plus mileage.
Meals - Should be furnished when scheduled all day or late into the evening.
Tournament Referee and Line Officials on event basis (est $13/hr/official).
USTA recommends one official for every 4 to 8 courts.
Mountain Tournaments
Hotel accommodations will be provided by tournament or reimbursed. Mileage will be a charged as indicated in the list below.

More than 000 miles round trip - $120.00
*For ease and uniformity of reporting, Mapquest and what it deems to be the shortest distance is what is to be used when calculating distance traveled.
